Refund policy

PurpleSource.com offers a 30-day fuss-free returns policy to all customers. 

Within 30 days of an order being placed, any customer can request a return by emailing support@purplesource.com, where instructions on how to return an order and receive a refund will be given.

Please note, PurpleSource.com will only pay for shipping a return if the order can be proven as faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
